This advanced training is designed for participants who have completed Reloading Level 1 and are ready to move toward precision-focused reloading techniques.
The program focuses on developing a structured methodology to achieve exceptional consistency and produce high-quality ammunition tailored to your firearm.
A key objective is to reduce performance variation by optimizing:
• SD (Standard Deviation) — velocity consistency
• ES (Extreme Spread) — difference between fastest and slowest velocities

Reloading Process (Advanced Techniques)
- Complete advanced reloading cycle with detailed step-by-step explanation
- Annealing (thermal treatment of cartridge cases): principles, settings, and best practices
- Precision adjustment of press and dies (including bushing dies) for consistent reloads
- Selection of optimal bushing based on caliber, neck thickness, and desired neck tension
- Precise headspace management (datum vs. shoulder angle)
- Verifying maximum chamber length using chamber gauges
- Case trimming techniques and correct chamfer angle application
- Eliminating case head bulges ("clickers" / Glock bulge) to ensure proper chambering
- Use of a Universal Rollsizer
- Neck tension consistency using expander mandrels
- Primer pocket verification (GO / NO-GO)
- Measuring rifling position using OAL Gauge and optimizing base-to-ogive seating
- Use of Arbor Presses and Top Inline Seater Dies
- Operating the Annealing Made Perfect (AMP) machine and interpreting its data
