Director & Training Expert
Yvan Grenier is a career police officer with over 30 years of experience in public safety, firearms training, and operational instruction.
Since 1993, he has been designing and delivering specialized training programs for law enforcement, using an approach focused on real-world application and operational effectiveness.

Pierre Lefebvre
Precision Shooting Instructor
Pierre Lefebvre brings over 40 years of experience in hunting and fishing. The son of a guide, he has been actively practicing precision shooting and exploring the outdoors since a young age.
He has trained with leading experts including Sniper Québec, Long Range Academy, and FTW in Texas, and has completed numerous advanced and private training programs.

Michael Desrosiers
Long-Range Shooting Instructor
Michael Desrosiers is a former sniper with the Canadian Armed Forces and a highly experienced long-range shooting instructor.
He combines military experience, advanced technical training, and real-world application to deliver high-level instruction in precision shooting.

John Esteves
Certified Instructor
John brings extensive expertise in reloading and precision shooting to the Ballistic Precision team.
His passion for shooting began at an early age, starting with clay pigeon shooting at just 12 years old. By the age of 13, he had already won his first competition in the Under-18 category, sanctioned by the Fédération québécoise de tir au pigeon d’argile.
John is both a passionate enthusiast and a seasoned competitor, actively participating in IDPA and Steel Challenge shooting events.
With over 40 years of experience in reloading for both handguns and rifles, he is a trusted expert in ammunition development and performance optimization.
His rigor, precision, and deep technical knowledge make him an invaluable member of the Ballistic Precision team.
